ROGER SLEIGHT MARLA, MNAEA
“A breath of fresh air” – is how many clients describe him. Roger is renowned for his hands-on, straight-talking approach and he has been working as an agent in West London since 1997.
Brought up in Cape Town, Roger gives world-class service to all of his clients, he values the trust that his clients have in him and aims to exceed their expectations. Honesty and integrity are philosophies that Roger strives for in all aspects of his life and applying these principles to his business.
Roger knows all about quality and good design and has a keen interest in classic cars as well as every aspect of the property industry.

Andre’s estate agency life started almost 20 years ago and through the years he has moved up the ranks due to hard work, tenacity and reputation. Andre’s key motivation revolves around helping customers and clients to achieve their planned moves, whilst using his knowledge and experience to facilitate that process.
Sean enjoys the world of estate agency as if it was his first day, yet he has been in the estate agency business for over 35 years and 25 years of this has been in management. His sphere of influence covers NW10 & W3 and he walks these streets of North West London and West London every day. Sean is determined, decisive and an extremely reliable person with high personal standards, honesty, integrity and attention to detail.

Luis has significant knowledge and expertise in his specialised area of commercial property. Acting for landlords with extensive and varied property portfolios, that range from retail units on the high street to industrial warehouses; his clients appreciate his straightforward clear advice. Luis’ proactive approach, is to complete transactions with minimum stress.

I have twenty years of experience as an agent but I still intend to grow & develop. I love the thrill of meeting new people whilst helping them to sell or find new properties, I take pride in delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
I enjoy great conversations & keep active at the gym & with yoga. I am easy-going with a relaxed sense of humour & I do not let myself get weighed down; every day is a good day especially when following my beloved Arsenal.
