As part of our application process, fees will become due for referencing and tenancy agreement administration. These will be charged in addition to the Rent and Deposit that will be payable before the tenancy starts.

Holding Deposit Fee

We receive an equivalent of one week’s rent (or minimum of £350) from the applicant to secure the property. This money will be deducted from the final balance of monies due for the completion of the tenancy i.e. the advance rent and tenancy deposit.

Administration Fee

The reference administration fee for each tenant will be £100 (£83.33 plus VAT)

Guarantor Fee

Should a Guarantor be required a reference administration fee for each guarantor will be £100 (£83.33 plus VAT)

Please note that none of the above fees are refundable in the event that the applicant/s do not proceed with the tenancy or if an application is declined by our referencing company, either with or without a guarantor.

Inventory Check-out Fee

Our tenancy agreements provide for the tenant/s to pay for the initial check-in inventory report and for the Landlord to pay for the check-out inventory report, if they wish to provide one.

Additional pet deposit

In some cases an additional deposit may be requested if permission is granted for a pet. All deposits will be stated within the agreement.
